You can use any type of bead and you can incorporate them with all sorts of cords. The samples in this book will give you a few ideas to get you started, but there are many, many more waiting to be discovered. Twisted cords make ideal trimmings for fashion and furnishings, especially when they are tailor-made for the project. There are numerous other uses including cords for glasses, bag handles and jewellery. The beaded cords are particularly well suited for making into jewellery and can even be especially colour co-ordinated for particular outfits!
